Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Romanyu (smoothcriminal.shop). We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide on all orders with no minimum purchase required. We also provide a paid expedited shipping option for customers who need faster delivery. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your package is handled and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two international shipping options to meet different delivery needs:
1. Free Standard Shipping (Default)
Complimentary worldwide standard shipping with no minimum order requirement. Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs clearance efficiency. Below are our general estimated delivery windows:
United Arab Emirates & Middle East: 7 - 14 business days.
North America (US & Canada): 10 - 18 business days.
Europe: 10 - 15 business days.
Rest of the World: 12 - 22 business days.
2. Paid Expedited Shipping
For urgent orders, customers can select our expedited shipping service at checkout with an additional shipping fee. This fast delivery option guarantees a transit time of 3 - 5 business days worldwide.
Please note that all delivery times are estimated and not legally binding guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to high volume seasons, customs inspections, or inclement weather.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Very Important)
Romanyu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, and customs duties). If a package is returned to us or abandoned due to the customer's refusal to pay local import taxes, no refund will be issued.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. It may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's platform.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Addresses
Romanyu is not liable for deliveries that are failed, delayed, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer during checkout.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or couriers before contacting our support.
